"This is my favorite place"Okay, now on this one, I started giving suggestions. I thought she might want to put a picture of the ocean since we have been on two beach vacations this year that she enjoyed. Or, I thought she might want to put a picture of her grandpa and grandmas' houses since she loves to visit both sets. She smiled politely as I offered my noble suggestions, and then she said, "Well I was thinking about McDonalds." Of course... : )
"If I had one wish, I would wish for..."
She surprised me with this one too. I expected her to say something about her baby doll becoming a real baby (that is a wish I often hear from her) or about wanting to go to Disneyworld (also a new desire). Instead, she was so so sweet. She said, "I want to go to California so I can see Grandpa Larry and Grandma Becky." She does miss them lots and lots.

Hehe. Love the McDonalds one. By the way--I know this was a lot of work for you, but it sure turned out great! What a beautiful keepsake (I know she brings home lots of "papers" but this one is one to file away for when she graduates from HS). :)
