"uh-oh", the dishwasher is leaking

It seems we are entering the stage of homeownership where we get to (have to) replace appliances, faucets, etc. Just after the new year, we put in a kitchen floor. This was a "want to" versus "have to" project, and we sure are enjoying our new floors. The first picture below shows the before (as the project was starting).

Then, this week, we ran the dishwasher (thankfully while we were all home and awake), and discovered a leak. Eric had to mop up water that had drained on our new kitchen floor. So, we "got to" pick out a new dishwasher. While it isn't exactly exciting to spend money on that kind of thing, it is fun to have a new appliance!

Charlie is starting to talk more and more these days. While this video doesn't show it that well, his new favorite is "uh-oh". He loves to stand at the top of our steps and drop things over the gate and then yell, "uh-oh". The following video shows a few of his words and some of his favorite things to play with (remotes and the dog's tail!).
